how do they work

if the try to attack you, but don’t bite hard enough to actually hurt you, is that a threat or a sign of affection…?

also arent living creatures supposed to enjoy being pet…..he doesnt seem to want me to.

but hes not running away. hes chill with me sitting right next to him

…I’m a dog person.

Generally, if the cat isn’t hissing at you, it’s fine.  My cats, Nola especially, finds great enjoyment in attacking my limbs.  I’m not sure if I’d call it a sign of affection… maybe just playfulness?  Nola isn’t too fond of being petted either.  

Why do you find yourself in the company of a cat anyway?
